When I used it, it was about 1/3 or a little more of a cup. I completely changed the nutrients I used to use and went with something different for my indoor winter plants this year. I switched to Jacks 321 and am very happy with the results, and it's way less expensive than what I was using.

AN formulated Jungle Juice 3-part that is a twin of GH for those opposed to Scotts/Monsanto/Bayer.

I paid $23 @ gallon for the Grow and Bloom and $25 for the Micros. Works as well as the GH I used for years. I do object to that triad of purveyors of poisons.

Add: these prices here in Alaska at a grow shop. That's damned cheap.
