Looking for a new commercial space.

My lease will be ending in a few months and need to find a better location. I am in a pretty rough area with foot traffic walking by now that the weather is better. There is no smell so I'm not worried about that just a sketchy area. I wouldn't mind so much if there was no foot traffic cutting through my parking lot.

Basicly any commercial building that would pass zoning laws if there put into place, 300yds from schools, playgrounds, zoned commercial, etc. I also need to be able to have 2 50amp plugs and a central or split ac unit installed. I'm looking to lease ASAP so if anyone has or knows of a space please pm me with the details.

Thank you.

supposidly, there is a guy opening a Mill type thing... 1500 a month electric included for cardholders only. Im currently waiting on one of the spots myself... i was going to rent a 4000/month place and section it off to split with few cardholders, or build flower rooms an rent to trustable cardholders who cant afford to setup shop lol. Collect rent afterwards.

I would be worried about to many growers in one place. I am just looking to replace what I have 1500 sq for 800 to 1000 a month. The problem would be finding trustworthy growers, how would you know? One idiot could bring down the whole place..

I'll worry about that if and when the law changes. As for now I'll keep looking for a new location and in the mean time I'll keep the 12k flowering commercial space that I have now in the shitty neighborhood.

Not looking to argue just looking for a commercial building.

Well persistence payed off and I found a 3600 sq ft building less than a mile from my house for 1500 per month. The best part is the 10 ton and 5 ton commercial rooftop ac units. I called a few property management companies and commercial realtors and told them what the space is going to be used for, with a tight security and camera system, and they were happy to work with me in finding something. That saved me tons of time looking for space and then trying to hide what I was doing from landlords and realtors.

its cool that you found what you were looking for and i wish you luck...only thing that would make me paranoid is knowing that the realtor that you worked with now knows what you will be doing.loose lips is a bitch and i doubt that realtor will keep his mouth shut to friends/co-workers about his "interesting" client.

I thought about that but I'm paranoid of my landlord comming into my "woodshop" now. I have a lot of money invested into the space I have and would hate to have it all crash down because I was evicted half way through a grow. First thing I'm going to do is put visible cameras up everywhere and it already has a really good security system. When I met with the owners I did ask them for discretion and they seemed to understand.
