Looking for a legit bank that has old school stock and will ship to any U.S. state.

I am looking for old school strains that were lost in a house fire and am wondering if anyone can tell me of a seed bank that sends the seeds to the U.S. and even if they have a bank in Colorado that would ship to a state that hasn't legalized ganja yet. All suggestions I would appreciate!
