Looking for a good program to build a logo

Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about a good free program that I can download, or use a website, where I could create a logo. Playing around with a business idea right now & I wanted to try to create a logo to maybe make this idea more concrete or whatever.

I'm really just looking for a working program, or website, that will allow me to play around & try to create a logo. I haven't been able to find anything that is free tho so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help!
