Looking for a basic Worm Casting based nutrient recipe

Hello everyone, Im trying to go organic for my first grow, i ended up switching from hydro setup to organic soil based on my height and space issues for this first attempt

Im looking for a basic all purpose recipe i can use with a liquid worm casting tea base. Or will worm castings alone provide all the nutrients the plant needs? Organic nutes is an area im completely new in.

Also im trying to learn about the foliar feeding stuff, how often do you spray your plants? whenever you water, or is it more of an in between waterings supplement?

I use worm castings as part of my mix. If u need to find where u can get it lemme know I'll run into the grow room and open up my last box of castings and give u the contact info
Also sub cools soil recipe is the standard by which I measure evrything else although I add a few things he doesnt
In my friends list is NLNO5. He knows a lot about tea recipes and loves to help ppl out
That should get u started I hope it helps

Read through it quickly first time to get a good feel, then go back repeatedly. Eventually I'll try Subcool's mix with my own twist. Good luck with your grow!

yeah i got that saved in my bookmarks, that another good reference site for some things, like the mixing in 20% perlite in their opinion is an outdated practice and potential more harmful than good, after reading that i went back and remixed my soil to reduce it down to more like 10% which i actually think is going to work out better
