Lookin to move to Colorado Springs, Anyone want to show me the sites

Hey what's up guys, after marijuana was legalized in WA and CO, I decided I need to move out to one of these places. Colorado Springs has really caught my attention because it has the luxury of the city needs, which is the setting I currently live in, as well amazing scenery that appears to be right in the background.

The place looks phenomenal in so many ways, I would like to take a vacation and visit to see if this is the place I would like to call home. I would also like to have some like-minded people to hang out with while I'm there so I could make some friends in the cannabis scene.

My whole life I have been told, "Ryan, do what you love.", well now I'm almost 23 years old and it is still obvious to me I love cannabis and this is what I want to make a career out of, I know others here share the same feelings so it is people like myself I hope to reach out to. I'm dying in the fake state of New Hampshire which is also known as the "Live Free or Die" state. Even the motto is a joke, I cannot even live free in my own state.

Haha the world is changing! It's only a matter of time before I escape this place and start doing what I love.

hey bro dont do it. stay where you are and invest in a carbon filter seeds and clonex gel. i just moved from legal states and God blessed me with so many seeds i just couldnt believe it yet here they are

I wouldn't come expecting to jump right into the field . If everyone thinks there's money to be made in weed out here they're more than likely mistaken. Now if you have a degree or are a botanist and chemist like finshaggy maybe you'll have a chance...........inside joke but poke around enough and you will see it too. so anyway anyone coming here planning on making a living in weed here better be ready to trim for 10 bux an hour and probably not steady. I see a lot of budtender jobs at about the same 10 bux an hour but they like big tits on the applicants I'm sure. This just isn't the place to make money in weed.

u from the springs right bro? how much are the disp. offering you for ur indoor? how long have you been grwing for? can i see what your end product looks like?

A person can't just sell their meds to a dispensary in CO. It's against the law.

its perfectly legal if u or someone u know owns a disp and u sell to them has they are req. to grow was it 70% of there own product?

my understanding is its like cali with there co ops... im growing for a disp. has many plants has im allowed based on red cards signed over right? and unlike michigan there is no cap on number of patiants per caregiver/disp.

A dispensary can't buy the other 30% from anybody. They can grow it themselves, or buy it from another licensed dispensary who has extra. The state of CO wants records of everything a dispensary sells, grows, or buys...from seed to sale. If a dispensary tries to break the law to make more money...they might meet some unfriendly feds.

what everyone is trying to say dude, is stay at home and grow your own. to make a living at weed hardly ever happens unless you are really tight with people. grow it smoke it and find something you can do as a job that doesnt get boring.

You can not sell to a dispensary just because your buddy owns it! LOL!

If you're the grower for that dispensary...you wouldn't have to sell it to them. They already own it, and you work for them.

If you think that I'm wrong, go ask the opinion of others from Colorado in the Colorado patients section...have fun trying to teach them the laws you think are in place. There is no freelance selling of weed to dispensaries. If you grow weed for a dispensary...you either own said dispensary, or work for the dispensary.

Well the fact of the matter is there is a lot more job opportunities involved with marijuana than just growing it. It's crazy how many videos I watch of people my age enjoying themselves working at a dispensary or even doing deliveries for dispensaries. Lol I come to a forum where I think people would support the idea and so far it has been completely the opposite. I'm in astonishment.

I came here to hopefully network with a few people in the area to maybe try and get my foot in the door of the community but so far the door just keeps getting slammed in my face. It seems like no matter what you try to do in life there is always people trying to tell you that you can't do it.

im still moving to colorado.... ive talked too many patiants from that state who said 85% of what the disp. is selling is NOT topshelf.... i have been growing 13 years and i grow topshelf.... im looking for 3k-3200 from a disp. and ima get it.... im sorry u cant....
