Long Stem White Widow Seedlings??

I got Nirvava White Widow...I germinated the seeds in distilled water and paper towel until the seeds cracked and then placed them in the Organo Starter Plugs about and inch or so deep and pinched a peice off to seal the hole and cover the seeds and placed them in a starter tray with a humidity dome...now the seedlings after 2 days are about 4 inches tall! wtf? and the leafs are little...what could have caused this and can this still be fixed?

they are probable stretchin for light, could you move it closer?

they are stretching you need more light, either move the light closer or get more lights. If you feel like they need extra support you can transplant them into soil and bury most of that stem.
