Lollipopping/defoliating scrog grow during early flower?

I'm at second week into flower, the foliage has thickened considerably and I'm and having trouble keeping the humidity down in my 2x2 tent. I've added a bunch of fans below the canopy to keep the air circulating to reduce the risk of humid microclimate forming.

I'm wondering if I should just defoliate the lower leaves to reduce transpiration, get better air movement and expose smaller bud sites to more light. There's conflicting information about defoliating during flower , but it seems that once before flip and then 3 weeks into flower seems to be popular. I'm 12 days into flower right now, should I do it asap or wait another week until "real" buds start showing up? It seems that some branches might have problems catching up if I don't expose them to more light. Or should I leave her alone and hope for the best?

Here's what the plant environment looks like, the sudden changes during the day are from running the dehumidifier.

When I removed some lower leaves under canopy, my rh dropped from 65-50.
Only take ones from bottom inside will help move air into plants and lower rh.

I lollypop day 14.
Day 21 i defoilate til looks like sticks .
Filll out by day 28 again so
Day 45ish strip bare again.
Then do end flower defoilate

2x 600w 8 plants 3 wk veg 8 wk flower i get 35-45oz with little effort.

Scrog screen if the leaves or buds under screen be mean n keep it clean

Just stop training 1 week before end stetch.

I know my strains if i dont email breeders.

My tangie i train 4 weeks as 5 week flower stretch time
My dog i train 1 week as its a 2week max stretch
My squirt i trained 2 weeks as she is a 3 to 4 weeker pheno dependant

Scrog shud be on 1 week before flower latest.

If i was u id let it grow n scoeg next.
Or if no pistils yet id squash a screen down 2 inch wait 2days strip under and train down
Wait 3 days and strip em let em grow 6inch thru then wait til day 45. As ur day 12 atm check strain stretch times it looks less then day 12 so could have a good stretcher there to play with

Lowered the humidity somewhat, but it's still high at canopy level. Ambient is ~50%. I'll try covering up the pot to reduce evaporation.

hey im just wondering why ur running the temp so low... i like that meter thing u got their... when i read most vpd charts... w relative humididty up around where u are in those two pics u posted...70% and 75% most them vpd charts got u up over 80+ temp... so i woiuld think the move would be to try to lower that relative humnidity or increase the temp... ir ur useing co2 ud need to go the increase the temp route

Defoliated again and added a cover to the pot to keep humidity down, it got real bad at nighttime. Seeing pretty good results climate-wise, lets hope that the plant won't mind losing a bunch of leaves again. I'm not sure about the lower bud sites, would they produce larf if I kept them?

if u pulled ur humidity down to the low 50s... u probable want ur temp a little lower... cheers
That was temporary right after defoliation, I'm still struggling with high humidity, especially at night time. Here's the big picture from last 7 days:

I see you're humidity rising when your KPA drops. Is your exhaust fan on high? Maybe don't run it on a controller, leave it on full time at higher speeds
