@Aeroknow I wanted to do it before the flip but the LST worked so well I couldn't tell what was not going to make it up to the canopy before the flip. Now I can tell very well. Thanks.

You know, unless you are growing trees, you're looking to fill the canopy. I do it around 2/2.5 weeks, because they've ALMOST grown as tall as they're gonna by then. Growing under 1k lights, i like to leave a good 16" of canopy rite at or around that 2-2.5 weeks from flip mark. I strip everything below that 16" (usually)
Don't let the debbie downers on here convince you that by doing this it will kill yield. If you do it rite, you'll get about the same yield as you would if you didn't, but without all the larf.
