while vegging, i was told to let the plants get 24" high and cut off all the branches from the bottom to half way up in order for all the hormones to focus at the top of the plant during bloom....
my question is, at what time do i cut these branches off, the reason i ask is because i heard that it is a bad idea to cut off branches right before going into veg, and a bad idea to prune during bloom, so i'd like to know when then best time to cut them off is
