i have 400 wat lights space is 3ft l 4ft w 7ft t 2 pots 12 inch tank for holding water is 20 ltrs basicly what i need to know i have now sprouted the seeds im about to put them in the rockwool do i leave them soaking in a small tub with about 3 inches of water untill they grow a bit or do they go straight into the system and how often should i flood them and how long for all help is much apreciated

Okay, This is what I would do. not the best method. Also I have not grown Ebb and Flow. (Which I think you are?)
I would plant the spouted seeds in the rockwool cubes and hand water them for the next few days, untill you see roots coming out of the rockwool.
Make sure you light is a good 3 to 4 feet away for the first few days, then start to lower it a couple of inches a day. (Don't let you plants start to stretch)
As for flood times, I can't say. But I think you will need to tell poepl what you are growing in and the Size of your cubes.

Size of cubes about 2inches and it is flood and drain with the little round pellets do i need to leave them in a container of water or do i leave them in a container with no water

I would keep the cubes out of the flood and drain, untill you start to see roots coming out of the cubes. At that piont put them into your system. remember not to saturate the rock wool, It should be "damp" not "wet" and remember that you must not squeeze rockwool when wet.
