Lite question ???

What's up,my friend and I are doing a cfl grow.he thinks the cfl lite isn't good enough to grow good bud.this is a budget grow any feed back from cfl growers would be good.

Also he got 2 grow bulbs from Walmart one looks like a reg lite bulb tinted blue the other looks like a flood lite bulb tinted blue.it says make plant look greener and healthier. I'm really don't think they are good.lookes like it just streches the plant.any info would help

I hate seeing people say this bud. bro your account is 6+ years old have you not read anything? a lot of great info on this forum after 6 years on here you should be giving advice not asking something so simple.

I have read a lot but its more for my friend.i can't get them to look/read for themselves. Even the book on growing that's why mine look better then theirs.anyways I wqs just trying to get fast answers to show him

If you're trying to grow with a single cfl or a single one of the Walmart bulbs, you're in pretty rough territory anyway so I don't think you can really help or hurt yourself too much one way or the other. Whatever you choose, you'll need to keep it close Your best bet would be to hook up all 3 and you could get a bud, not sure how good it would be though. Even on a budget, there are some areas where you just have to pay if you want results. It's like saying, 'why pay for soil when I have dirt outside that I can bring in'.

CFLs can grow really nice bud on a small-to-moderate scale - In terms of a "personal crop," I dig CFLs (also for clones/seedlings) but; for providing medicine for patient(s); CFLs are absolute childsplay (perhaps teens-play)
