Limestone rock for calcium deficiency?

Hey was thinking while it could be a nute burn it's even more probable those leaves just got singed by cfls. They are really close. Maybe it's high time for a lighting upgrade.
Either way the FF trio has been known to burn plants by the accounts of thousands of rollituppers & should never be given at full strength when growing in soil even when the stupid chart says to. The only time they would need full strength nutes is in a hydro grow.
That's why I suggest getting a test pen to check ppms; much more accurate than using measuring spoons. You first check the water as is and then mix up your nutes and then subtract the value of the water to calculate your nutrient ppms. Mix your nutes to 300ppm as a starting point and go up in increments of 100 if the plants begin to look pale. 600-700 ppm is about max for soil grows in full bloom or maybe slightly higher but even that is not full strength. Hydro growers can go up to 1000+ without burn but they are supplying much more O2 to the root zone so they can sort of get away with if

Yea I'll definitely get a mh for my next grow. I'm tired of having to adjust the cfls. I'm using them till I switch to flowering. Then I'll use a 400w hps.
