I want to grow PPP weed, just 1 plant in my cupboard, what type of light should i use and what type of watt?

you could use multiple CFLs, or a Metal Halide/HPS combo. For one plant I would go either with CFLs (2700K for flower, 6500k for vegging. The higher the wattage the better) or a 250watt HPS should be plenty.

im growing one plant in a little cupboard and im just using two 26w 6500k cfl's for veg and two 2700k cfls for flowering and its been working great
