is it okay if i bring my plants outside for a few hours to get some natrual sunlight and oxygen?

sure do it carefully they'll burn from the UV light if not "hardened off" Put them in the shade the hottest part of the day (11AM-3PM daylight savings time) for the first few days gradually leaving them in full sun each day.
You risk contaminating them with spider mites though.
