Hermaphroditism is really a trait of poor genetics. There's a chance any plant will hermy under stress but it's less common and usually requires more stress with a well-bred strain. The average plant in your situation should be fine.

Honestly take this as a lesson, how the hell are your lights off for 2 days and you don't know it? You should do a room check at least once a day, preferably when the light first comes on to check fans, lights, timers, air temp and of course the plants themselves. 5 minutes is all that it takes most times, and can save a garden from complete destruction, think what would have happened if this had been 2 days on at 6 weeks of flower.....I believe that would be close to being able to revert to veg, and therefore at least slowing everything dramatically, and most likely causing hermies no matter how strong your genetics.
But i believe you should be alright, watch for bananas out of the cola besides that you should be pretty safe.

Watch them real close for the next week, if you do see some bannanas sometimes you can carefully pick them off with tweezers if theres not alot. good luck

The bananas are the actual male parts (stamin) coming out of your female bud, this would obviously be HOW you get seeded, but is not actually the start of seeding, that comes when the bananas open up and let any pollen out (sometimes these are sterile and create no pollen), if you can get them out before they open you can prevent most if not all seeds. I typically keep a container of water with me while i do this to drown them as i pull them, that way they weigh too much to fly away, even though the fans are all off for this process. Sometimes i will use my green light to help find them, the yellow really glows under the green.

Some strains may be more prone to Hermie than others...

But it is MORE light that will cause them to stress, as they will try and revert to veg.

Having the lights OFF should not stress the plants. :joint::peace:
