lightning bug weed

i was talkin to a friend today and was asked if i had heard of lightning bug weed. apparently they were using a strobe light. 5 mins on and 15 mins off. supposedly the white hairs grow quite long almost a fuzzy look. was i played a fool? any input you guys may have would be appreciated. and 1 more thing how about oxygen extraction to make honey oil. will freeze like bubble bags? thanks for your comments from the community

from my research breeders use this technique to find plants that produce feminized seeds; these plants are very rare and will hermie and stress the crap out of regular plants

basically if you give a plant unstable lighting you will force it to hemie; or if your plant happens to have xx chromosomes; a feminized plant
