How much light should I use during seeding? Example: How many hours on vs hours off.

Depending on how much seedling u have...I had 3 seedling and use 2 CFL 23watts 65k and did a light cycle of 18/6

Hi, seedlings need anywhere from 12 to 18 hrs a day of light. For flowering 12/12.

U can also just leave lights on all 24 hours if u don't worry about electrical bill

the more light = more yeild i run two 600w hps lights from the get go by week 4 the a massive

Seedlings and vegetative stage plants need to have between 18 and 24 hours of light.
My experience has been that flowering will occur when light cycle is reduced to 16 hours or below.

soft gentle light is good for 2 weeks

imo is the constant steady heat at 70-77F

Well i normally have 2 23w daylight cfl for the first 4 to 5 days then i put my 5 bulb cfl fixture they just shoot off just make sure not to forget to check on them i came in 1 day after being gone at work 1 grew literally 3 inches into the bulb burnt a leaf lol.

U need between 18 & 24 hours light per day, so 18 light 6 dark or 19/5, 20/4, 24/0 etc. For flowering 12 light 12 dark

24 hour for seedling...use a t5. i use t5's till flower. cheap to run and less heat
