I was new once too. Start your autos in the largest pots possible if you're doing some kind of non hydroponic method. Next you'll want to put your led light as close or the tops as is comfortably possible. As others here have said a better main light would be better however we work with what we have. Place the fluorescents as close as half an inch away, this will provide the most energy. If your attempting to push them as far as you can, bending tying and training will be key. I can tell you from my experience with autos that you WILL get more with training. Browse the auto flower section this will provide more examples. The growing community can sometimes be a little aggressive, don't let this deter you, just filter that mentally. Your best results will come from maintaining a great environment; the light is just one factor.

One more note: I used to grow with an old area51 Af-135. It is probably as comparable to your king led if not a little worse. I was getting up to 11 ounces dried from my 3x2 cabinet by maintaining a great grow environment. Also, I will note from personal observations that auto flowers like to be a little warmer than their photoperiod counterparts. Around 83f was a good spot

It is overwhelming until you realize it's not any different than growing a tomato. It's a plant just like all other plants and once you move past the moment of "OMG IM ACTUALLY GROWING WEED" to "I am growing plants", you will watch the mystification of the hobby melt away. A lot like leaving the matrix. :bigjoint:
