lighting question

ive been growing this one plant for a week and a half, (picture below) ive been using a 23w (120v) cfl warm bulb, and it pumps 1550 lumens, and I have another bulb(that's not yet in use) 23w (110v) cfl warms bulb that pumps out 1350 lumens, would it be safe to put the other light on the plant? or this too much?

too much? not enough

you would want cool white cfl's and yes you need more, id say at least 3, 23w for that plant at this time.... the warm are used for flower, but then you will need much more wattage/lumens
