lighting HELP!!!

hi there i have 4 seeds that i have just sprouted they have opened up and have there first set of leaves can i say use the sun light to grow them under thru out the day then bring them inside under a few cfl lights till there big enough to put under a 1000 watt hps i have should i leave them under the cfls as i may stress them moving them in and out or do use think they will be fine doing that i dont wanna stress to the point of male or hermie any help would be awsome i have a mylar tent mabye throw a few cfls around in there a veg ?? i realyy dont no thats why i wanna ask

I would be hesitant about moving plants from inside to out and in again, since you might bring in a pest problem by accident which could end up being tough to get rid of. Id just keep them under cfls until you put them under the 1000

Gentley moving the plant in & out wont cause stress, but you need to be as regular as clockwork. If you creat a "Haphazard Random Photoperiod", that could cause stress!

I'd just throw them under the CFL's and get em close to a regular schedule because you plan to run these indoors anyway right? If you want, its really not that long till you can put them under the 1,000 carefully of course !
