Lighting advice needed

Hi all so i just got a 125w cfl light with a blue spectrum for veg but started out from seed with a 400w hps i was told these are only for flower so my question is is it ok to swap bulbs as there 3 week old look healthy and seem ok or will this cause stress

Changing their lighting shouldn't cause them any stress. The blue spectrum cfl should keep the nodes tighter with less stretch, you can place it much closer to the plant tops, and you're using a quarter of the energy. I don't know how many plants you have, make sure the cfl is adequate coverage. Also, you probably didn't mean 'swap out the bulbs', you cannot put a cfl bulb into an hps mogul base without horrible things happening. Your cfl must have the correct mogul base and wattage. Cheers tyler yeah ive bought new bulb reflector and fitting i dont want to end up with loose scraggly buds thts why i thought best to use both lights there dont seem to be much stretching going on to be fair i only have 2 plants for percy there in a wardrobe i turned into grow box one skunk #1 and a ww big bud the number 1 considibly larger though they have around 3x3width of space

why not use both?
