Lighter green new growth

Hey guys I searched around and tried to find a definitive answer but figured I would ask, might be nothing to worry about it but who knows I want to catch it early.

400W LED, 9 days since flipping lights to flower, Fox Farms ocean forest soil, Fox Farms trio nutrients with the plants only having received veg nutes at 1/4 strength twice up to this point. Will starting the flowering nutrient cycle help with this or should I up the dose as well to possibly 1/2 strength or higher?

Also the plants shape look a little weird right now as I am LST'n them pretty good so they should fill out hopefully.

Thanks for any and all help!

Hey mate. I havnt used your soil nor your nutrients, but a hell of a lot of people here say its quite "hot". At first glance it does look like lockout. One story and learning experience for me though after moving to indoor growing were shitty leds. I have a viparspectra 900 reflector series that is now a glorified door stop. I cant even veg with it. I was getting symptoms very similar yours. Kept thinking it was a calmag or sulphur issue. Everything was in check ph, ec, temps, everything. I was always chasing my tail until i swiched to hps several runs ago because the led just wasnt cutting it in my 4x4 during flower. I fluked the find when i noticed the plants getting immediately better. Last couple cycles ive tried the led for a few days during the middle of veg and the symptoms start apppearing after 3-4 days. Put them back under hps, straight back to normal.
I still say its most likely lockout but bare the story in mind.
Also i dont discredit leds. Someone over in the aussie thread has just sold me on strips, its just that quality leds are still quite a hit and miss. They are a couple dimes within a tonne of shit.
Good luck bro and i hope you do fine.

Thank you for the responses so far. I think I am going to ride out the LEDs on this run and see what happens, I do have a 400HPS that I am trying to get away from however. As far as the nutrient lockout, doesn't that happen mainly because of PH issues? I would like to think it is not locked out already, my PH going in is 5.8-6.0, and my runoff PH measures 5.8-5.9, which to my understanding is around where I want to be, correct?

I did start the Tiger Bloom today, which is the Flowering nutrient of the Fox Farms trio, and still have all the nutrients at 1/4 strength. Should I be increasing those doses next time I feed nutrients?

If they do look normal, cool, I over worry about everything, and these plants are crucial to my well being. :hump:

i don't think you have any problems, as long as the new growth darkens up after a day or two. just the signs of rapid growth. it might not be a bad idea to up the feed just a little, but don't go crazy

Well not too much has changed after starting the flowering nutrient, still look to be growing strong, and not much of a color change.

Thank you for all the input from everyone. Is there any more thoughts out there around specifically upping the amount of nutrients next feeding? Still in only week two of flower if that helps.

They look like they darken up as they mature so you are good. The lightest is also the lowest. Do what these guys already said trainem down level again and you will be golden.

Hey guys back for some thoughts on the two spots below. They are the only spots I from two plants that look like potential issues. I do have a ceramic heat emitting bulb in the tent to keep warmth up, and the brown crinkled up leaf was near it, so I am wondering if that caused that issue. The little circle spot on one of the big fan leaves I have no idea about.

Thoughts?
