Light Supplier Recommendations????

Can anyone recommend a light supplier with good prices and good quality lamps.

Also, how long should a 400W Metal Halide last? I have been using mine since November and it seems to have blown.

I have been handling it very carefully and I am pretty sure no water came into contact with it.

Any advice?
