Light schedule....can hurt the plant

it's my first grow it about 11 weeks now 1 week flowering.....i know i waited to long but i had issues to deal with like waitin for the lights and space problem so ,,
i'm growin 2 plants indoor in BOX ABOUT 5F tall and 2fx2f..okay despite the space problem i'm having now cozing the plant to burn from touching the light....i keep loosing trak of the light schedule ...but a week ago i started turnin the light at 7 am and turn it off 7pm

but last night i forgot 1 light on all night and this morning when i came to tunr the lights on i noteced...so i left it till now it's 7pm i just turned it off.......

WILL IT CAUSE MUCH DAMAGE..or ??

Go to wally world and pickup a cheap timer. The plant could hermie from not having a good light schedule.

As long as you dont do it all the time it will be fine. Try some LST maybe and for sure buy a cheap timer.

how could u forget the lights when plants are so important, like killerweed said dont make a habit or herm it is.much luck.

Thats a good way to get hermies. you should be okay if it was this one time...but...dont do it anymore unless you want some feminized seeds in your bud
