Light Rail question

I'm planning on having two 4' x 6' flood tables. I was thinking of using two 1000 watt lights I already have, on two seperate light rails. Could I get away with putting light rails together and using one 1000 watt? Or should I use two 600 watts? I want to save money if I can. Each table is going to have approx 90 plants. Heat won't be an issue If I water cool the 1000 watters. I also plan on using 1000 - 1500 ppms of c02 in the near future. Any suggestions?

Each 4x6 should have its own 1kw light. If each of these are on rails then that is even better. No way will one light service both trays.

Thats what I figured. I have two light rails and two lights. Now all I need to decide is how I am going cool them. . . . .

Why 4x6 tables? That's the wrong size/shape. Either use 4x4 tables which can be handled by a 600 with no mover, or do 5x5 tables with 1000w on each, again no light mover.

If you want to use light movers, you should have 4x8 tables and 1kw lights in cooltubes that can drag the top of the plants to really get high intensity enough to make 4x8 worthwhile. You don't need water cooled cooltubes, air is fine, but I guess if you have the cash...

I don't have room for 4' x 8' tables. Water cooled are more efficient than air cooled. Using a mover keeps your canopy even.

Horizontal 1K bulb? Perfect for a 4x6' space on a light mover.(the bulb running parallel to the 4' span)

sweet. I can't wait to see how my first grow goes. I'm starting out with one table and about 40 plants. I got them in 4" Rock Wool and I'm also gonna use Hydroton. I'm currently vegging them. I'm going to grow them to about 15" tall or so before I flower.
