Light Question

I have a 8x12 room full and want to know if i should go 2 400 watt MH lights during veg and HPS during flower? Or should i use a 1000 watt light during both stages? Heat not issue what will give me best product at the end. What is the difference in 400 and 1000? Is it the area of light coverage or is it a better light for plant? Last question or those arch light good? You can use for both cycles right?

I would go with 2 1000 watters. Each light will cover a 4x4 area well

ive always used the mh then the hps with better result than just hps, the difference is the amount of light output the light sends1000 way more than 400 but also much more expensive, havnt heard of an arch light, if you could enlighten me please

anyone know if its bad to switch between HPS and MH when the plants like 2 weeks old, say, if youve been having trouble with your mh bulb and have to sub it with and hps and then go back to mh

cool, also one more question sorry...i have a 2x2x4 grow space, anyone think a 250 watt mh bulb is alright?

2x2 is good for a 250 but the height is not good 4 feet is a little low.

well, i can raise the light hight the full height is almost 7 feet, i just have it low for now cus my plants are still babies
