Light Question

So i have some plants under a 250w t-5 veg bulbs.
Im switching them into flower in a week or so no matter what, but im wondering if i should use my 600w for the next week.

I know 600w is a better bet normally but all i have is my hps bulb at the moment. Is it better to keep it under the 250w t-5 or put it under the 600hps
With 18\6 for the next week until i flip it?

Also MH runs hot and are not as efficient lumens wise compared to HPS. Get the Hortilux Eye 600w Super HPS and you can use it through out the whole grow. Have more blue to supplement.

Yeah . I think people make too much fuss about hps for flower and mh for veg .
Yes there is some truth in it , but the other factors such as wattage , plant health , environment are the factors which are really going to noticeably affect your yield.
