should I get some high wattage CFLs?

The bulbs you liked to are garbage. CFL's are ok if you get the 40w actual or larger but you can also get used high/low bay lights used off ebay or something and have a real light like a 400hps or something. On craigslist in my area there are tons of surplus building lights from all the places going out of business. Doesn't make a lot of sense to buy CFL's for that same kind of money in my mind unless you're growing in a shoe box and only cfl's will fit.
