Light Mess Question !!

so one night i saw, that my grow room should be dark, but i was forgot one 20-40 watts roof light on!! just only 1h over the period then i turn it of, my plants are just germinate like first week or 1.5week old sprouting 1cm tall plants

in the seedling state, so is this harmfull ?? just 1h over that light was on and i quickly turn it off

because my plants are so young, just sprouted 1 weekago or 1.2 weekago so will those plants turn hermie ?

there is fem seeds from green house seeds and fwe lowryders.. so are they ruin ??

Can anyone answer that question... ?? jesus.. need infromation fast

Shouldn't be a problem. Messing with the photo period during flowering is much more troublesome.

thanks.. because they were just 1.5 week atleast ! no more old tiny sprouted plant's, i but 2 new feminized seed's for a backup... but that's i think, so early state and just 1h over period and tiny roof light.. i hope good
