Light malfunction

Hi everyone I'm new on this forum, just a quick question... my fluorescent lights have a short or something long story short it was off for maybe an HR and a half but being fluorescents they still had the ends dimly glowing, did turning them on effect it in anyway? 22 days into veg? Any input will b appreciated didn't find much online.

I found an answer its ok cuz it wasnt completely dark

really you just don't want lights turning on during the off cycle.
sometimes i find if you push the ends of the flouro fixtures together, the lights works again. It may be a bad bulb though.

That is the biggest pile of bullshit I've read on this site in some time. See my other post for an intelligent answer,

It's ok you didn't harm your plants in any way. And as cheap as fluros are buy a new one.
