Light intensity question for seedlings and yellow spots

Hey guys, I'm trying out my new setup and I'm questioning if the amount of light is too intense for my plants. They seem to be fairing out good so far but one of my plants is having a bit of an issue and I don't want it to pass on to the healthly ones.

From the first picture below you can see my setup, one LED light, supposedly equivalent to a 400W metal halide, and two 105W CFLs. The second picture shows a plant that has whitish/yellowish burn marks on the sides of the leaves. Now could this be because of lighting? Possible nutrient burn (not sure why it would be as the other plants are fine) or maybe some sort of mite?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers and keep smoken

If you're temps are ok, it's not light intensity causing it. You'll see bleaching on the upper leaves if your light is too close or too intense for them. What are your temps doing?
