how far should I have my light from
My 10 day old seedlings ? I have it at 15" but I don't think they look to good hopefully im not over watering them will post pics in a hour

you could raise your light
I plant a seed in a cup of promix and water it completely with a drain hole.
I dont need to water again until roots are on the bottom of the cup and the dirt down there is drying up.
depending on what you grow in...if you water your seedling while the substrate is wet you are
indeed over watering and harming your plant.

I also use promix was planted in a 5 gallon air pot it is a auto I heard there is no need for transplant
