Hello,
Today I finally have done my bass box. Problem I got is light leak. Light getting out from 2 holes: inhaust pc fan and exhaust hole. How to get rid of light getting outside?

Hi, I use a piece of construction paper, its a little harder to explain but very easy to do and works perfectly. I will take a picture tonight when I am home.

for a 12 cm fan, I use a 14cm square Tupperware box, paint it black, screw one of the corners of the box to the corner of the fan ( they have holes for fan mount screws front and back) then simply add another screw where it lines up with the other hole on the fan and voila, a light trap. The fan will still suck air through the gaps at the sideof the box and no light will get out.

Heres my case, you can see the light trap thing on the far left of the bottom picture.
