Light Fixture Swaying.

My apologies if this causes a frown of discomfort with all respect to professional growers who has had it with noob inconsistencies. My fan is causing a slight sway of my light fixture. Is this a problem, and considered unsteady lighting for the optimal focus or consentration of the plant?

Ok i just tried that and it stopped more with your advice. They are barely moving now but still technically moving a pinch. Im guessing the fan may be to powerful because its the air from the back of the fan you know what i mean? But its hardly moving though.
 
Lol add more lights it will be heavier and wont swing as easy.or get some string and anchor the extension cord
