light fixture help

hello, im going t grow in a grow box about 4' tall by 2.5' wide and 2' deep and i got my cfl's but i cant figure how to make a fixture for them or what to buy as a fixture. i also want to be able to put the lights up or down.

go to the the hardware store and get some shop clamp light fixtures for like $6.00

or get some old lamps and use the cord and fixture from that

how i made my fitting is get sum conduit drill holes for the light fixtures run all wires through the conduit and wire up into 1 plug then just plug in your globes hope that was clear enough for you have no pics. and on ebay they have these things that you can just hang the light at the height you want and it will stay there when you need to raise the lights just take some weight off the leads and they will wind up and stay at that height and then put more weight on the lead to lower it back down these cost around $20 aus dollars for 2 and have a 6kg limite for each lead. not sure what there called but should be able to find them if you type in hydro light on ebay. sorry if dont understand bit off my head
