I'm sure this info is somewhere but I can't find anything definitive in a cursory search and knowing most of you are more than willing to be helpful...
How far do you place your cob LED fixture from your week old seedlings and how much light intensity are you giving them?
I'm at about 75w and I'm 20" away. They're still stretching which is pissing me off. Please let me know what you're doing.
