Light change

I have a seeding under 1x 20 watt cfl at the moment and want to put her into my small veg room Which has 115 watt worth of cfl, what's the best way to get her under the new lights is there any special method when upping the amount of light she gets?

Cfl's are not powerful enough to affect them like that.

So I can go straight from 20w to 115w keeping the bulbs a few 3-6 inches from the leaves without any noticeable effects on the plant?

Yes. I have done that very same transition. Started with 1 bulb, then added 3, the plant loves it so I wouldnt worry. Happy grows

You should have them closer than 6 inches if possible. They can be as close to the plant as possible without touching. For young clones 3 or 4 inches would be fine.

Yea they run usually at like an inch or 2 away I'm thinking if I start them off under the higher wattage a little further away just incase the sudden light intensity is too much for so close

as long as your hand fits between the leaf and the bulb, and its not burning your hand, you will be good.
