So I'v been a head grower for for a dispensary managing and caring for over 6000 plants at a time, 6-7 harvests per month. My passion for these plants have been abused, I am not able to care for plants how I would like, my facility demands uses of very harmful pesticides to fix problems quickly and profit as quickly as possible. Now they do realize the regulations currently are not testing for these chemicals, so I just dont want to be a part of this anymore.
My focus is on quality. I have a great resume, experience, and passion.
