Let's Talk Querkle Phenos FLOWER SHOTS

Greetings fellow RIU members. I hope you are all doing well! What brings me you ask?

I have been growing Querkle by TGA for a little over 6 weeks now. She is a slow vegger, with a couple unique, distinct phenotypes at play. Now before we start looking at the differences in the Querkle, we must first understand its lineage. The masterminds at TGA Subcool created this tasty treat by combining Space Queen and Purple Urkel. Space Queen is Sativa dominant and Purple Urkel is Indica. When comparing Phenos we now know which traits will follow which parent, thus giving me something to guage this by.

So far I have 3 phenotypes I kept. I had 5 but one was a male, and the other was entirely too stressed, (I feel I am an experienced cultivator) by no fault of my own. It grew, just hermied IMMEDIATELY. Sacs spring in from pistils if you know what I mean.

Of the 3 Phenos that remain it would seem that we received a decent spectrum to choose from.

#1 seems like a Sativa dominant Pheno, however not quite as Sativa as #2. #1 grows rapid and required a bit of LST. Unfortunately I have only seen 3 leaf fans up until about a week ago, which makes me question how stable this Pheno is. Buds are keeping up with the indica Dom #3 yet it's leaves tell a different story. Long and thick, oddly shaped leaves line this beauty, covering her already resinous potent smelling buds. #1 is my second favorite of the Phenos. Ultimately, I would love to cross #1 with my Skunk #1 (THE legendary) Then cross that with my Querkle #3.

#2 is the Space Queen dominant Pheno. This Sativa beauty grows long and thin, slender leaves line this beauty covering the tiny puff balls that will soon be buds. I imagine this is a 10 or 12 week strain considering I don't see buds yet. The indica dominant plants are dripping with resin and oils while this beauty is still getting settled and ready for the weight. Sativa dominant this I expect it's features to be spitting image Space Queen. Smells great, slow vegger, slow flower. Not looking forward to the time it's gonna take for this girl to finish.

#3 my star child. This Pheno is tight and uniform. Thick indica leaves make this bush look almost volatile. Big resinous buds covered in trichomes already dripping with that indica funk. This plant is expected to reflect highly upon its parent, Purple Urkel. She smells sweet and musty, tantalizing in a sense. I find it hard not going in there and feeling these girls up. The smell on your fingers is reward enough. I expect this Pheno will be done in 8 or 9 weeks flower. Largest bud formations. #1 and #3 are here to stay!!!!

Let me know what you all think. Bonus shots of my sour diesel seedling and skunk #1. Look out for the Critical Kush ReVeg too!!

Keep us up-dated with this strain please dude, done a few of tga's strains.I am in two mind's if i should do the jack the ripper from them to,cross with a jack herer strain i have ,i'm wanting the jtr strain injected into the jack herer for the thc that jtr producer, the other traits the plant has are not for me i aint one for fluffy bud's,i let nice dense bud's this does not happen from 3 jtr grow's i have seen,i have seen 3 different pheno's of that strain, but not i liked to be honest, but the thc it producers is un-real,Also love the lemon smell. So i'm thinking on doing a
jack the ripper x jack herer,Then back crossing, with jack herer again.

By doing this i'm hoping i get the jack herer plant but just with more thc,and the slight lemon smell,so i will be choosing a jtr pheno with that lemon smell, the zesty lemon fuel smell

Funny you should mention the hermie, bit though i have seen this with most of the tga grow's i have seen done at least one hermie plant, well 1 plant out of 10 seed's hermied, the other was a 5 seed one,2 females 2 male and a hermie, strange. That was cheese quake the 10 seed one, and jilly bean the 5 seed one.
