This one is like yours but 3500 k at $56.99. It clai,s to match 250 watt hps.

So it I did 4 in a frame it should match 1000 watt HPS for about $230 Maybe I would do a frame with a square and put one on each corner with the fifth on the middle.
There are tons of these style lights on Aliexpress, wattage/colour options vary by vendor but there are so many you can find whatever you need there. Most of these aren't available at all on the Amazon Canadian site or so overpriced it's not worth even looking at them. On Ali they're much cheaper for us Canadians and many include free shipping:

It doing more reading - it looks like these cobs are kind of cheezy. It might work but they will probably start to fail after a while.
Could, those that had 400+ diodes for a 100w... probably lack intensity.

I bought these on Amazon because they are strict with sellers about warranty. I have 18 month, but could have paid 8 bucks for a 4 year. My opinion is, for what it's worth, if going for a COB Bloom...just buy a name brand like Tasty, Timber, or Citizen. I just figured these were a worthy Veg experiment.

Since youll have 3, when one craps on ya u could try taking it apart and possibly update the cob itself.

1/2"id 3/4"od flow out 3/16"id 7/16"od flow in
About 8ft of vinyl tubing 1000gph sub pump 80mm pc fan blowing across water and 2"exhaust outlet right into the grow box as an intake.
Water temps usually no more than 70°f on a bad day. I refill once every 3 days and flush out the entirely system throughly once a week with fresh 55°f cold water. Rh is never really over 45% and temps within reach up to 86 depending if i forgot to turn back on a fan these pics are when i set it up.

Wont even come close to 1000W of HPS, TBH. It would be 40K lux total. That's less than half of the output of a 600W HPS. Even four 250 HPS does not equal the light output of a 1000W, because the smaller bulbs are less efficient.

Their claim of it equaling a 250W is an enormous exaggeration. It doesn't even come close to the 16K lumens that a 150W HPS gives off.
