mother fucking lemon tree in my house
Looks great man. Still haven't received my lemon tree seeds from China yet. Says up to early May! lol. .99 cents I'll just be happy to get them.

I am a big Hempy fan. I actually will probably grow the seedling exactly like you are doing. I did replant my dwarf banana. In my old HEMPY bucket yesterday. I bought some giant dime sized perlite and filled the bottom up above the hole. Then mixed Amazon Bloom Earth Juice soil with lots of small perlite to help keep it from compacting. I have one more permanent transplant into a nice decorative pot 5 gallons or more and will try to go mostly all soil at that point.

Looking good on that lemon. I hope mine do as well.

When life gives me lemons, I make beef stew- Andy milonakis.

Don't call me a tree head
My dwarf lemon tree seeds came yesterday Mr. Lemon head. ;-) They look very healthy and are soaking in water as we speak. I got like 16 instead of just 10 and I plan to germ in a variety of ways.

Some will go in Grodan cubes in hydroton filled Dixie cups. When those pop, maybe 1/2 in soil the other half in hempy cups. Some of the seeds will go straight into soil in Dixie cups. I probably should have kept some seeds back, but, for .99 who cares right?

So I soaked the dwarf lemon tree seeds for about 36 hours, the seller recommended 24. Some had roots starting to pop out. The China Ebay seller stated germination could take up to 40 days.

I ended up with 15 seeds. I planted 7 in Grodan Quick Drain cubes. 3 in jiffy pellets and 4 in small containers with Amazon Bloom Earth Juice soil. 1 I just placed in the ground. I plan on doing a Hempy solo cup thing with about 3 that are in Grodan cubes to start eventually going into soil. All of the others will go in the Amazon Bloom soil as soon as the roots start showing. I may try an organic thing with a couple of them. I've always wanted to try a living soil.

Delivery from China took about a month lol. It came in a plain brown padded envelope inside a little baggy like MJ seeds come. They looked dry but viable. .99? lol, I honestly don't understand how the seller is making any money after paying for postage. But has sold more than 3000 on ebay and has 98% positive feedback.

If I get 2 or 3 healthy plants I will be happy. If I get more than that, I will grow them out and buy nice little pots and give some away at XMAS.

My dwarf cavendish banana tree is still growing like crazy. New leaf about every week. But, it doesn't look so healthy. Lots of brown on the leaves. I emailed the seller a pic and asked for advice. They have been very responsive in the past.

Anyway, keep us updated on your lemon tree. Would also be interested to know your feeding regimen? Any tips? Thanks.

I just give mine water, once in a while I give it runoff water of what I'm giving my orange kush plants I have in coco, that consists of general hydroponics flora series aggressive vegatative growth formula with CaMg+ at ph 5.5, ppm about 1300. I'll be transplanting to a one gallon pot soon, thinking of putting it in coco since it has taken to that nutrients solution so well.

I've been clean for about two weeks now, haven't had any maryjane, and I swear this SOB smells like lemon. Maybe not like a full blown lemon you can make lemonade out of, but it smells...... and I'm not high.

This thread has inspired me to attempt to grow a lemon tree of my own. After seeing this I got a lemon from the grocery store and put a few seeds in paper towel. Just looked today and 4 of 5 have little roots poking out after about five days. I know they'll probably never produce fruit where I live, but I really don't care. I just like seeing if I can grow stuff. I also scooped some seeds out of a kiwi that I was eating and figured I'd try them in some paper towel too. To my surprise, almost all of them sprouted. I'm pretty excited to see what happens.
