hello

hey guys so i conducted a little experiment on my lemon skunk. genetics are dna seed co.

i hear people talk about lemon skunk stretching and boy does it stretch in flower. im on week 5 and it still stretching.

below i posted some pics.

the shorter plant was grown inside a sealed room using ff ocean forest soil with no nutes. i also used a vho fixture for light 2 bulbs.

the taller plant was grown outside (socal) using canna nutes.

outside is an older cut also.

so the purpose of this post is to help growers control their height of their lemon skunk.

your experiment tells us nothing.
also, how does this help growers to control the height?

There's a lot more factors that control stretch. All u showed is that a plant stretches more outdoors for the most part. I think most people already know that. I know u had good intentions but this experiment doesn't really help with anyything. No offense

Do u have pics of how dif they look now?

An experiment needs GOOD control variables. Either there is not much info or the OP is holding back the details, where the clones the same size when cut, veg time, growth during veg, height at flower time, final flower height, start of bud maturation, et.

This also confirms Marijuana plants stretch during flower (most people know this)

A better representation of this experiment would have been to use 2 different strains of plant (indoor/outdoor) or both and base it on the % stretch of each strain in each environment, then we would have some numbers to compare.

My Lemon Skunk stretched well over 3x, in your little experiment if they were outdoors they would be 10+ feet.

yes sir outdoors do they stretch.

ive noticed that my outdoor plants stretch too much and dont really build up close inter-noding. So when flowering comes it keeps on stretching.

but when i grew inside under vho's i got more closer inter-noding. and when flowering it dosent strecth up but more to the side. i also bent the plant.
