We harvested a bit early for a few reasons I won't get into (unless ya really wanna know)- lol . This is Lemon Kush from FMS company and it was our first time running this strain. Had 100 % germ rates and 4 healthy plants. One was stolen in May and the other 3 grew healthy. I was disappointed with the resin production on all except for this "blue" pheno. The foliage on this plant was blue and she smelled like your classic Hindu Kush Indica. Very nice - All 3 LK phenos had a low calyx to leaf ratio.(leafy buds). Anyway, on with the smoke report:
Strain : FMS Lemon Kush
Smell: 7 - Very light, window putty smell, classic HK
Taste: 7.5 - Deep and musky, very flavorful
Potency: 7.5 - Very stoney, hard to finish a bowl in one sitting
Duration : 7 - keeps ya baked for 2-3 hrs, depending on tolerance
Bag appeal- 6 - Very leafy, so not that appealing visually. Once you smoke it, you have no more complaints
Overall impression: 7 - This was by far our best pheno out of 3. The others were the very definition of average. This "blue" pheno had no green foliage and an outstanding smell throughout flowering. Very good taste and potent effect that will relax you right into a good nights sleep. Not sure how often this pheno shows up, but the seeds were so cheap, it would be worth it to grow another pack out in hopes of finding this one again.
