Lemon Kush CFL Grow Questions

Hey guys, I wasn't quite sure where to post this thread but since I'm a noob grower I've decided to put it in this section. This is my first time posting even though I've been lurking for a while lol. Well I just have a few questions about my grow. My current set up is just a few lemon kush seeds under CFLs in my bathroom until they get big enough to transplant. I have 1 in FFoF, 2 in dug up soil from my backyard, and 1 (the biggest) in some random potting mix i found in my garage. The biggest one is about 2 and a half weeks old, the 2 in dirt are about a week and a half old, and the one in FFoF just sprouted a few days ago. They have all been on 24/0 since seed. I am planning to switch to 18/6 though soon, but i just don't know when? any suggestions? Also, in the pictures you will see the bottom leaves yellowing and curling and i was wondering what i was doing wrong. I feed it every once in a while with fox farms soil nutes and my guess was that it was a developing nitrogen deficiency. The top leaves look great though. My final question is regarding transplanting. Is my baby getting too big for the cup? or should i wait longer before transplanting? I'm going to put it in a 3 gal grow bag with FFoF + perlite under a few CFLs

Thanks guys! :)IMG_0491.jpgIMG_0492.jpgIMG_0493.jpgIMG_0494.jpgIMG_0497.jpgIMG_0499.jpgIMG_0501.jpgIMG_0503.jpg

I've only been feeding the biggest one and i give it 1/4 strength, I doubt that would fuck it up THAT much and it responded pretty well the the first feeding
