lemon cucumber!pics

this is my lemon cucumber plant haha. anybody have one of these? found it at a local vegetable store thought id grow it haha.

Never heard of those, looks like a marrow.

just harvested these ones, and no they dont taste like lemons haha.. looked them up on Google says to harvest when they are about to turn yellow, when they're yellow they are a bit milder and when green they have a richer flavor. going to put them in a salad maybe in a bowl with some vinegar, anybody had that? also i found a chili pepper on the ground beside my plant... it was green so i don't think it was ripe was it? don't know why it would just fall off hah.

i have just noticed some powdery mildew on my plant...what to do? you can see the little specs in the pic..

yes, yes they do. they are a little bit sweeter than a regular cucumber though

Yeah I started a few of them but ended up not making it to the garden... next year though.

Those and the moon and stars melons are two I wanted to make it... next year though.

I grow them every year, they are a big hit in the neighborhood everyone thinks they are cool

Looks like a cross between a squash and a cuke. Have you tried any yet? Any lemon taste to it, or does the name just refer to the shape?

haha donut seeds. classic. i bet they make a good amount of money off that for gag gifts. its weird that things that are real stupid sell somewhat well.

i got lemon cukes too they are good eatin! just slice n serve...the skin is thinner than normal cuke

a neighbor gave me a dragon egg cucubmer too they are almost the same...good stuff!

so many varieties of cucumber. WTF lol
