I also ordered from them about a month ago using CC/gift card. Got my order into USA in about two weeks. They state can take up to 30 days.
I read others using MO or cash got ripped, but when using CC/gift cards they came through.
Maybe the CC/gift card has a risk of charge back if ripped so they ship...
But they came through for me. USE A GIFT CARD OR CC.
