well.. I'll say this.. if you just went for a bike ride and found plants then shame on the grower... It should be a hike that is physical hell to get to .. we have places here that is impossible to get to even with a 4 wheeler , like hiking level 10... guerrilla grows should be so hard to hike to you have to think to yourself everytime you go there "my god I dont wanna do this".. find a good spot that is deeeeeeeeeep in the woods and go on for another 30 minutes.. then youll be good

I know a place where around few hundred of these grow - along the street, near corn field. I don't think it's a legit weed though. We tried many years ago to smoke it but it felt like smoking any normal plant 
Can't say for sure that the thing you found is legit or not. I'm just trying to say that hemp grows in many places - it's not the first time I have found it. I just started growing real thing and I must say there is a difference between the two (look wise, smell etc). Maybe you could take some more pics ?
ps. I might take some pics of what I have found if anyone is interested

Well if you found it in a ditch it's probably ditch weed. And if you found it near chernobyl you're insane.
For serious though if it got sprayed by Chem from the sky I'd let it be. And you never know, it might be someone's leech field.
