Hey there, So heres the deal, I and two other friends have our cannabis cards and my house was the only place with room for a grow, my question is...Is it still legal for me to grow in my house for 3 people without being a licensed caregiver? and please dont just post what you think it might be, i want something concrete.

Thanks

No. It is not. The law states that you have to be a caregiver. There was a ruling that a caregiver must not be a caregiver just for MMJ. The intent is to limit this to family and nurses. Your best bet is to form or join a non-profit collective or cooperative. Then, as a member, you can grow for other members in the group. I am checking with the authorities on what records the grower has to maintain and the one answer I have is you need contact information and a copy of the recommendation for a number of members that is equal to or greater then the amount of mature plants/6 or immature plants/12 or processed/8oz. Don't exceed that or you are not legal. I am still waiting for the response from my county DA and the State Attorney General's office on this documentation requirement clarification. The State AG Guidelines do not specify the records needed, so I wrote them to clarify.

All three of us are members of a collective, and our ID recs are posted in the room..is that what you mean?
