legal question for MI

I'm being harassed by city, county, and state police and not sure what to do. Does anyone know how to put a stop to this or know of any groups that can help me? I am completely LEGAL and have done nothing wrong. The police want me to bring them all in and show them everything, AND VIOLATE MY PRIVACY.

there is more to this story than that. the cops just dont ask to bring your plants to the station without good reason.
Try the MMMA they stand up for peoples rights, look up a guy PetposkeyStoned420, he is going thru the same thing.

Tell the police to reread the law.
Plants must be kept in a locked, secure room.
Now officer, you wouldn't want me to break the law by removing my plants from their legally protected area, now would you sir?

Now on a serious note,
Don't even tell them that.
Your conversation should be limited to-
No, I will not talk to you officer (If they have cause to suspect something illegal, that's what judges and search warrants are for). Sure, they can ask you nicely to bring all your stuff down for an inspection, but asking is about all they can do, and you're under no obligation to comply, nor are you obligated to answer any questions simply because the police are asking them.
The most important part of this post is the NO I WILL NOT TALK TO YOU OFFICER.

This is the most important information that you can get. My uncle is a lawyer and said that you should NEVER under ANY circumstances talk to the cops...EVER. Anything that you say to that cop is used against you and NEVER for you. Even if the cop goes on the stand and says "he was very cooperative and blah blah blah" the prosecuting attorney will object and it will win because it is considered "hear-say". Never talk to a cop...if you get pulled over keep it simple and don't chat.

You'll notice, no where in the Miranda does it say "anything you say can and will be used to help you", quite the opposite, as you pointed out.
When the cops tell you, you'll make it easier on yourself by talking, that's a lie. They mean "you may make my case against you easier to present to the DA if you talk".
Always remember, they are trained to get you to talk. Now why would they be trained to get you to talk???
NEVER talk to the police.

Did they mean they want you to let them in your house? Don't answer the door, do not open it for them. Pass your paperwork through a window and if they want to come in make them get a warrant.

Evidently, some one file a complaint about your grow. Unfortunately, if that happens the cops have to follow up on the complaint. That you have a card is great, but it doesn't mean that they can't follow up on the complaint.

They can certainly ask for your card, and even if your paper work is in order, ask to see your grow.
If you have your paperwork, you can deny them access to your grow without a warrant.
But then, since you are on the radar, they will just get the warrant and come back.

I'm not saying I like any of that, but it's how it's going to play out.

Once a complaint is made against you..they are going to get access to your grow one way or another.

Card or not...once that complaint is filed, they have the right to verify that you are complying with the med law. You can slow down the process by demanding a warrant..but you can't stop it.

Right, instead they just kick in your door and put a gun to your head.
You got it rght again stumpjumper; no warant you can legally stand on the inside and call them whatever you want on the outside untilthey have that golden piece of paper. totally legal to say fuck off without a warant. You might want to be cordial but you don't have to. you can also basically state the "I do not waive any right..." thing that norml.org has on ther cards for beng pulled over. ACLU is a good friend when you're being harassed by the man as well. They will help out with details on what to do and what to say. youtube has some videos by ACLU people that are cool. no time now but lniks to come.......good luck.
